GEART FOOD! In love with this place! Go big or go home! I have came here many times each time the food is great! Love it sooo much!

THE BURGER NOMZ. My friend always raves about five guys burgers, so one day I decided to try it with a couple days. I got a little cheeseburger with onions, tomato and lettuce and their small French fries. The burger turned out to be the perfect size. It was moist and delicious! The fries were okay. They were a little soggy and definitely needed ketchup. HERES A TIP: if you want a lot of fries, the small is roughly a medium because they add one scoop which fills the cup and then another scoop on top of it. If you're craving a medium sized fry, GET THE SMALL. You save money this way and you get plenty of fries!! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone craving a burger.

It's my second or third time here, and I always forget that the "Hamburger" is actually a double-patty burger. If you want a single patty, you have to order the "Small Hamburger" - somewhat misleading. The next issue I have with this place is that you have to order your fries plain unless you enjoy really salty fries. We did, they're perfect with just a little ketchup on the side. Lastly, their music selection, while enjoyable, is just a bit too loud. We came here instead of In-N-Out because we thought it wasn't going to be as loud. Wrong! Anyhow, these are the reasons why they didn't get 5-Stars from me. Overall, the food quality and service is great, and it's affordable (even when you accidentally order the double burger) - Oh, and my wife wishes they had regular chili peppers. :)

Slow service and and they only had Diet sodas I would never go back to that location again

I'm giving this Five Guys location five stars because of its outstanding customer service. While we ate our meal, we were asked twice if everything was going well or if we needed anything. On our way out, the staff said goodbye and "have a great rest of your day!" The food was outstanding, but Five Guys is always outstanding, in my Yelp opinion. But like I said, this review is five stars because of the amazing customer service. Keep it up, Five Guys of Moreno Valley!

Many compare five guys to in n out, I think the two are in a completely different league. In n out is simple but quality and delicious, five guys has many different co diments and toppings, not the highest quality ingredients, tastes ok. Hard to compare to in n out, just different.

After hearing all the hype about Five Guys in Sac and San Jose, I was surprised they opened one in MoVal.. No matter where a Five Guys is, it seems to always be compared to In-n-Out. What I liked about five guys: - the toppings you can put on your burger (for free!): grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, bbq sauce, peppers, etc etc - the fries (comes unsalted; a regular is more than enough for two people) - burger was pretty good - help yourself to free peanuts if you want I can't really compare this place to In-n-Out because my usual there is a protein style cheeseburger with grilled onions, and that's something I can't even get here. Five Guys fries are definitely better ( although anything is better than In-n-Out fries) If you want a good typical burger with more toppings, then come here. But if you miss animal-style on your burger or fries, go the the other side of the 60.

Having been told numerous times to check out this place, my hubby and I finally decided to check it out. We were pleasantly surprised! The burgers are great, and the fries are plentiful. Also, you can munch on free peanuts while you wait. Very fun atmosphere.

I stopped in to grab dinner with my friend last week after hearing about the new burger place that was all the buzz.. I was quickly let down after bite number one. I ordered a regular burger with grilled mushrooms and grilled onions.. The patty was beyond greasy and the onions were barely grilled. I can only assume he dumped the mushrooms into the deep fry quickly as the were greasy as well. I didn't finish the burger we left to go somewhere else. My friend had two bits and had the most grotesque look on her face of how bad it tasted, I felt bad for her. Say what you like about their fries ( I didn't try them) or that they have a cool coke machine, which by the way those will start being the norm most places so don't be too excited over that... I will never eat at this place again, first impressions matter and this place lost me at hello. PS If you're in the area and want a great burger there's a spot 3 minutes from this place in the same center practically that gives you (FREE) real grilled peppers and onions on anything, a selection of cheeses and it's still less expensive than five guys. Check my page if you don't know the place Ill be writing them a review soon.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon thinking it was a pizza place lol...I just wanted something very hearattackish to have with my Starbucks. The place smelled amazing or of death whichever you prefer of grease, fries, burgers. The menu was huge the first thing I noticed was Cajun fries so I settled for a medium order. I noticed boxes of peanuts and scoopers and little paper trays. I scooped up some in a tray and had a few while waiting for my order of fries. I don't get it...it seems that would be okay for a Texas steak and beer place. The total was $3.38 and the order was huge!!! It came out in a greasy paper bag...it was a paper cup overflowing with Cajun fries. They were steaming hot, spicy, salty and yummy all in one. Enough for 2 easily! Next time I will try something else....the place was super busy and they had the digital soda/drink dispenser with tons of options. Cool place my book... I'll be back.

Let me start off by saying that I'm not a hamburger aficionado... so take this review in consideration of that fact. Let me even admit that I'm not a huge fan of In and Out. After stating those two facts above and you're still with me, let me just point out that I do love good food and 5 Guys is on the borderline of ok and good. I do love that fact that you can choose your add-ons (I love, love grilled mushrooms), so yes I was sold on this establishment on that fact alone. My burger just wasn't seasoned good and it tasted bland. Sure I can always add salt but If I'm gonna pay a premium price for a burger then it should at least have some flavor. The mushrooms on my burger made up for the blandness. I tried the Cajun fries and just thought they were ok...I couldn't see what everyone was raving about. I much prefer the fries at Tastea at the Block at Orange..now that's something to rave about. Now the question remains is whether the food at 5 Guys is worth those hefty prices. You'll have to decide that once you go and you should go at least once to try it. But for me unless I'm craving a mushroom burger I wouldn't make this place a habit.

Food's not bad, don't think it's better than In-n-Out. Too greasy, too hyped. Way too expensive. Love all the topping possibilities, but that's it.

One word = AMAZING! I come here at least once a month. A MUST HAVE! Hot sauce, BBQ sauce, grilled onions, all on my hamburger BOMB! Cajun fries are delicious!

We have ordered from this burger place a few times...burgers cooked fresh to order with any condiments you want (we like them all, so we go all the way), but pretty pricey for the size and for it not to include drink and fries. The bf likes the cajun fries but they are oversalted for my palette. For two large burgers, a large order of fries, it runs around $20...the friendly service and free peanuts just are not worth it. I do not eat burgers that often but I would much rather go to In-N-Out...at least they have a drive thru that makes it convenient for those of us with small children. This reminds me of Fat Burger. I have heard from friends that the locations on the east coast taste much better, guess we will find out if we ever decide to take a trip out there.

I had high hopes for Five Guys. Being a competitor to In-n-Out, you would assume that their burgers are either equally amazing or better. Sorry Five Guys, my loyalty will stay with In-n-Out. I came with a friend for a late night bite and wanted to try it because we heard good things about this place from friends. When we walked in and looked at the menu, we were a little confused. They have Hamburger/Cheeseburger and Little Hamburger/Little Cheeseburger, and we`re thinking, "what`s the difference?" My friend thought that "little" meant for kids. As we`re standing, one lady behind the counter asked if we had ever been here before. We said no, and she proceeded to tell us how it works. She also answered our question and that "little" meant one patty and a regular is two. Why call it "little?" I don`t know... So we order, I get a Little Cheeseburger with everything, which is mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, and mustard. All the stuff you put in it is free, so you can customize your burger how you like it. They also have other toppings on the menu that you have to request that are free as well. My friend got the same with jalapenos. We also got a drink and Cajun Fries to share. When your number gets called, your burger is wrapped in foil, packed, and ready to go. They`re pretty generous with the fries because the cup that they put it in is overflowing. Overall, the burger was just okay. I like that you can put what ever toppings in it and make it your own, but that`s all I thought was good about it. The taste didn`t "WOW" me. The fries were really salty. Ate some of them, couldn`t swallow the rest, so we just threw it all away. We were pretty disappointed. After leaving, we agreed that we should`ve just went to In-n-Out. Nice try Five Guys. Maybe it was a bad day.

The east coast is slowly coming to the best coast! LOL. It really confused me that out of all the places in California to open one up is in Moreno Valley. This is the 3rd Five Guys I know of (one in OC and one in Rancho C.). It's sitting right next to a Starbucks and right across from BJ's. So you walk in here get to ordering: Their regular hamburger is a DOUBLE patty burger and a small one is a SINGLE patty burger. For me, I obviously chose a regular one. And it's kind of like Burger Boss, where you can choose what toppings and sauces you want in it. I put relish, mustard, mayo, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms in it. MUST GET THE CAJUN FRIES! And don't read the calorie counts next to the items because you'll feel like a fat ass after reading them. I think one meal for me counts for about 90% of the recommended calorie intake for my weight. After buying all that goodness, go to the boxes of peanuts and get someeeeeeeeee, and slowly munch on those while you wait for your food. Get your food sit down and eat. The burgers are great, the patty is nice and juicy, with everything I put in my burger it tastes really good. The cajun fries are absolutely fabulous! The seasoning is like this spicy, herby taste that I cannot get enough of. The staff are really nice here. Really didn't know how to start off my order, but the cashier gave some tips on what to order.

Great burgers, the meat is really good and so are the toppings one can put on a burger. Down side? A bit a expensive (not really a problem) and not filling. I got a double & felt like I needed another one. A 4x4 with animal style fries from In N Out hold me down way better

I love this Five Guys! The staff is super friendly and sometimes overly helpful (I'm not sure if that's a bad thing? lol) but I always leave Five Guys in MoVal super full and satisfied. I like how fast they are and they always throw in a ton of extra cajun fries in the bag. Haven't had a bad experience at this Five Guys! I hate how they close so early at 10pm

I have been to this one twice and I went to one in Naperville, IL and each time, the burgers were pretty good although I still think that In-N-Out has a better taste. The customer service from the staff there has always been great and they take the time to explain their menu. Several others have posted great reviews about this place and I seem to share similar views. Here is what I like about this place: -Free peanuts while you wait -Free refills -All the toppings you want for free, such as grilled mushrooms or grilled onions. -They give you plenty of fries, more than enough for two people and that is just the regular size. -Place looks really clean - Friendly staff Now here is what I didn't particularly like: -Fries were unsalted and a bit soggy, unless you take them out of the bag right away. -Price is a bit high and everything is billed separately. No discounts available. - A bit too greasy for me... Overall, I would return but would prefer to eat it there. If I had to pick between this place and In-N-Out, In-N-Out would win each time.

Decided to try this place out finally after everyone I know had been raving about it. Honestly though I wasn't impressed. It's good but not great hence the rating. Pros: The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. The soda machine is pretty slick and high tech looking. The serving size of fries is pretty generous. Some definite size to the regular burger. Cons: Expensive!!! My burger, fries, and soda cost me TWELVE bucks! The burger was kinda bland. Guess I'm just not a real fan of burgers cooked on a hot plate. Overall though I feel that the burger at Hoggs is much better. If I want something to munch on while I get some Starbucks then I'll get some fries, but that's about it.

Got to order the cajun fries!,bt I rip open my bag and dumped d fries so they do not get soggy. I order the little hamburger;single patty, top with:relish, lettuce, onions, ketchup & mustard. It was delicious, taste more healthy then greasy. My fiance got the double bacon cheeseburger and said it was worth his 7 bucks. The workers were nice, has seating outside. I prefer this location over the Redlands :)

Came here after reading some reviews on yelp. Burgers are not good. Meat needs more flavor cajun fries are good but I wouldn't come here again very disappointed with all these yelpers it seems like people don't know what delicious food taste like :((

A new place to try a new twist on the classic burger. 5 Guys is a very good burger and offer lots of choices to go along with your order. The Cajun fries were good and the restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. My first 5 guys burger was at the Rancho Cucamonga location so glad to see a location here.

  • Van D.

Five guys Burgers are great. A little on the spendy side but you can put all sorts of dressings on the burger. The problem is, their fries leave much to be desired. Personally I don't like the spongy soft style fries, I prefer crisp ones. Music is very loud in the place.

I stopped by this restaurant on my way to Cabazon yesterday. To my surprise, both the cheese burger and seasoned fried were very good not to mention the all-you-can eat roasted peanut. The employee there even offered me a bag to take peanut with me. The downside is the price. For the price, you can buy 2 combos at other burger joints.

Decided to try this new place and found out its just ok nothing stood out. I felt it wasn't much different than most fast food burgers. Everyone is trying to compare it to In and Out but it doesn't come close to tasting like their burgers, which isn't a bad thing its just not the same. The fries here I liked better than In and Out because I don't like their fries. I thought the large drink was too pricey. If you are here by yourself and order a burger ,fries and large drink then it is over priced compared to getting burger combo at any fast food place. The music was also too loud and seemed to echo off all the hard surfaces in there making it hard to hear, along with the guy yelling out the order numbers. Update, Gave these guys a try again and it was ok, nothing to brag about. They way they changed how to order isnt anything new, and whats up with all the yelling behind the counter ? it doesnt make any difference at all, its still just a burger. I think you would be hard pressed to eat one of theirs and a Wendys and know any difference. Still didnt enjoy how loud it is in there, almost hard to talk to each other, and I dont quite understand that either.

Good burgers. I like that you can add any topping with out any additional charge. The burgers taste fresh and kind of like burgers you would make at home.

Best location ever. I think it was because it was actually 5 gals. It was very clean in there and the food was perfect.

    (5)
  • Anonymous H.

The workers behind the counter are just yelling and spitting in you food but the sweeper lady was nice. But that's not the point. I ordered a little bacon cheese burger and when Got home there was NO Bacon!!!! 2 stars because the food was still good but please in the future don't forget the bacon. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND NOT RETURNING

  • Larry L.

A co-worker told me about this place. Love the fact that you can build your burger the way you want it, and the free peanuts. The cajun fries were pretty good too, but my burger and my brothers were over cooked. And despite it being with what I wanted on it, it was not that good. My co-worker over hyped it. I could have made a burger at home for cheaper (and better). Reminded me of the very bland Fatburger joint. We won't be going back (unless someone else is paying)

  • Mylinh V.

Came here with my friends for the first time and I think I found my new favorite burger place. The burger was delicious considering the fact that you are able to add mushrooms, peppers, jalapeños, ect. I love love loved the Cajun fries and the order was large too!! But the only downside is that it is kind of pricey. For my burger and Cajun fries I paid roughy $10 but hey it was good so that's all that matters!

  • Dirar I.

This is my new favorite Burger place they said they were going to open one in Victorville, that never happened, now they say they are going to open one in Apple Valley, well I hope so because this place is worth the hour drive to Mo Valley, but I rarely have the time to do so... especially when I am hungry , other than it being far this place is great But beware the small fries are enough for at least 3 hungry men.

    (5)
  • C V.

Well considering that 90% of burger joints in Moreno Valley are junk and have the same crappy bland taste, Five guys ranks pretty high up, only second to In-n-out.. but the downside is that it can get pretty expensive here...

    Great burgers......

The best burgers and fries! Love this location!

    (5)
  • Michael R.

This place rocks! Completely blows away In-n-Out ... There is no comparison. The burgers and fries beat Johnny Rockets as well. I've been to multiple Five Guy locations throughout California and Arizona, and was very happy when this location opened for business. My only criticism is that the music is often too loud.

    (5)
  • CJ C.

I'm not much of a meat eater, so this not a place that carries a variety of items but meat products. i wish they had grilled chicken sandwiches. i ordered a hot dog and some fries. i was particularly happy that their fries were actually made of potatoes, and not fillers not like your average fast food restaurants. also the fries come in large quantities so you might want to share!

    (3)
  • Eric S.

Love their cajun fries. Must get. Simple menu makes it great and the jr burgers can still fill you up.

    (4)
  • Dawn B.

When 5 People can eat for under 25 bucks I say thats a pretty good value Im a combo kinda gal and I am always disappointed when there is no combo to speak of. The prices are decent but if you dont like anything on your burger you might feel a bit ripped off. The toppings are what make this place so unique. Topped with the fact that while waiting for your food you can dive knee deep into boxes of peanuts they have at your disposal for you to enjoy. None of my family agrees with me, but I find the burgers only a touch drier than what I would like (that is in my humble opinion the only flaw) For 3.19 I ordered a single patty burger, but then you can top it with over 10 different toppings ranging from grilled onions/mushrooms to all kinds of sauce. The fries are well cooked. We ordered one order of regular and one Cajun. I liked them both. My hubby really loved the Cajun. There were a ton of fries left after and we were very full (shouldn't have dived so deep into those peanuts perhaps) Ill be back. Food is excellent.

By all appearances, Five Guys Burger and Fries seems to be a spin-off of In-N-Out Burger. To be very clear, I am a vegetarian and never eat meat hamburgers, so I cannot honestly judge their meat hamburgers. My husband had to do that. Here's our take on it: 1. Appearance was clean and open, lots of synergy and inviting (Pro) 2. Bathrooms were clean and everthing worked (Pro) 3. Music was awful and WAY too loud - we had to yell just to be heard by the cashier (Con) 4. You can choose grilled onions and homemade BBQ sauce for your burgers! Lots of other good topping choices too. (Pro) 5. No veggie burger patties. Their "veggie" burgers were simply, "No meat, choose your toppings to put on the bread." They need to have real veggie patties!!! (Con) 6. Their cheese was the processed American slices. Horrible! A gourmet burger needs cheddar cheese. (Con) 7. Hamburger patty was "okay" according to hubby. (Pro) 8. While waiting for the order, the clerk pointed us to boxes of peanuts that line the walls, the roasted, salted peanuts are fabulous! (Pro) 9. Order was done quickly (Pro) 10. Fries were fresh and tender with skin on (Pro). 11. Fries were not salted (Con). 12. Everything was so greasy that it soiled the to-go bag (Con) 13. They use recycled bags, napkins, etc. (Pro) 14. In our to-go bag, they forgot to include salt and ketchup. Or to tell us where to get some! We drove off with unsalted fries!!! (Con) Pros = 8 Cons = 6 Now you can see why I gave it a 3-star rating! If you're a hamburger nut, check it out. If you're a vegetarian, stick to the free peanuts.

5 guys in San Marcos, newly opened recently, first and last time there. My first visit ever to any 5 guys. What's so special about it ? Boring burger, too pricey, not much seating, IN-N-OUT has nothing to worry about.

  • Vell H.

After hearing so much about Five Guys, including all the comparisons to In N' Out my husband and I decided to try it out. We went on Friday right before noon, hoping to beat the lunch crowd. Well there was no reason to worry, the place averaged around 4 customers from the time we got there until after having set down and ate our lunch. We both ordered a one patty burger with the toppings of our choosing and we shared an order of the cajun fries. Neither of us were impressed with our burgers. I thought mines was absolutely tasteless and I would have gotten up to get some salt to sprinkle on it but I had already gotten up twice for ketchup and salt hoping to add some flavor to the fries. My husband thought the added mushrooms and jalapenos would take his burger over the top but he said, "the burger was just o.k., not worth a second trip". How any one can compare Five Guys to In N' Out is beyond me, there is no comparison!! I must admit I don't care for In N' Out fries either but, their bugers still remain as the best I've ever had.

  • Rachel C.

I think with Five Guys you either love it or hate it and I'm on the love side... Totally my guilty pleasure (don't let myself have it too often, of course). And yes, the answer is yes it does cost more than In-n-Out but it's a totally different experience here and you have a lot more reign over how your burger will taste. I personally, I get all the green stuff (and mushrooms) I can throw on there to make me feel a tad better about eating a colossal cheeseburger. If you want your toppings grilled make sure to specify. Also, if you've never been here the "little" hamburgers/"little" cheeseburgers are single patty and hamburgers/cheeseburgers are double. I usually don't order fries but one order is enough for 2-3 people to share.

    (5)
  • Larry C.

This is the place to go for a supreme Burger, let me clear not many places can out do this place for their style of hamburger, now I will admit there are better burger places in my opinion, but for a hefty size two fisted burger this is the place to go.

  • Ashley C.

Great customer service when ordering and the food tasted great that was until a cockroach was crawling on my foot. It started when I went to the bathroom and there was a cockroach still alive but only moving it's legs in the bathroom. Was a bit disgusted but okay. Then went back to eating with my family and then my husband kills a cockroach under our table that had just crawled over my foot. My husband then goes to tell the shift leader and all he does is go on to say "they have been coming inside at night due to the crack in their door and he will do his best for them to not be here next time".... Lost my appetite by then and he sent nobody to clean this dead cockroach. Very unsanitary and his handling of this problem after I just spent $50 was extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Just tried out Five Guys & all I gotta say is "Goodbye In-n-Out"! The burger was so juicy & the fries were fries to perfection! It's a pretty loud spot, kind of small but I enjoyed it. The music was great & the vibe is fun. The employees all seemed to be happy to be there & asked for a first time explanation which was great! I ordered a cheeseburger (comes double party) with mayo, ketchup, lettuce, grilled onions & mushrooms. My father, mother & I split fries. Such a great tasting patty & plenty of fries to go around! Left me full & satisfied. I cannot wait to go back! Oh & they have free peanuts! Yum

This is the second and last time I'll eat at 5 guys. I'm sorry to say the food isn't worth the price. Although it is a tasty burger, for half the price you could go to in-n-out. The fries are very soggy and way to big portioned. The drink dispenser with all different kinds and flavors of Coca-cola drinks is the highlight though, you could get your monies worth going back for refills maybe if your that thirst. $12 for a burger , fries and drink? Not worth it for a meal that comes in a brown bag.

Riverside? What am I doing in Riverside? Oh, that's right, it's work related. How do I make up for it? I mean, forcing me to drive way over here and spend two days. There has to be some way to compensate me for my time and effort. Hey! A Five Guys Burgers! I just might make it through now. Let's see if they're up to the task of satisfying my need for hand-formed ground beef and Cajun fries. And I'm hungry. I order the Hamburger which is two beef patties and the Cajun fries. You want one patty? Order the Little Hamburger. These fries with the delicious spices are one of my weaknesses. A regular order of fries is really enough for two people. I'd share if you were here with me, but watch your fingers (you could end up losing one or two). I have a seat to wait for my burger to cook. Get a handful of peanuts. Sit down, crack peanut shells and read some Yelp musings. The food is ready in short order. Its hot and good. I forget where I am. The place was clean and still looked new. The staff was friendly and fast. Thank you Five Guys, you made my trip bearable. Actually, Riverside wasn't that bad. I just needed a review lead-in.

I really tried to like this place but it is not up to par with in n out in my opinion. Yeah, it's good but not great. I think it's pricey for 2 regular cheeseburgers and 1 large fries. It gets messy to eat. Cajun fries are ok. I much rather prefer to go to in n out down the street. Maybe next time I'll like it..

I love their burgers!!! Very tasty and good friendly customer service. They have bad fries in my opinion but you don't have to buy them if you don't like em. Lots of extra fixins on their burgers too-but beware you might have gas afterward.

Good food and friendly staff. Our daughter loves to eat here. I recently tried the hot dogs and it didn't disappoint. Last night they got the hot dog wrong but the wrong one was delicious as well.

Like this place for a burger and fries. Its all the do and they do it well. The fries are made fresh that's a big plus. You can get a burger anywhere but we prefer five guys because they always have good music on and the employees are always happy and energetic. They also have peanuts in shell free while you wait for your food, love that.

You know, the staff here is exceptional. Everyone was smiling and friendly. However, every time I eat at Five Guys, I'm not really impressed and I feel sick afterwards. I also think the free peanut thing is just weird, but it's quirky and people love it - I get it. My burger was sloppily prepared, and my fries were nothing special. It's a decent burger place, but I think I prefer Farmer Boys.

I love these burgers and fries. Every meal you've ever gotten there has been very good and fresh. They also have an online app so you can order it and have it ready when you get there. Staff is always friendly and the place is always very clean. Highly recommended

I believe it's only this location that has small size meat, all the other Locations I go to they have a good size patty. This place is expensive and it is not worth the money, I rather go to in and out. If you notice this place isn't busy, u like in and out.

All you can eat roasted peanuts & a heaping order of Cajun fries that are sinfully delicious. Need I say more?!

Excellent Costumer Service!! Let me say again. Excellent Costumer Service. Hamburgers are the bomb here as well as the fries. I rarely give 5 stars but this place deserved it!

They get one extra star for good employees. The burgers really aren't good. The fries are the greasiest I think I have ever eaten. For the price, why wouldn't you go to BurgerBoss, or save money and go to In-N-Out? This place is a fail for the price. If you're going to pay for a really good burger - get one. Chilis Smokehouse is the same price and it's really a good burger. BurgerBoss has high quality grass fed beef for the same price as this. There's a reason In-N-Out and BurgerBoss are so busy....good food. You're not going to get it here. What you're going to get is a $22.00 bill for two burgers and one order of fries and a stomach ache. Sits on your gut like five pounds of rock. Sorry but this place is #FAIL

This was my first time here today. So the cashier was such a doll. She explained the whole menu to my family and I . She also informed me that the fries are a really good size and that I only needed one. And the young lady making the food told me that she liked my hello kitty shirt they also have free unlimited peanuts . That's different so it's cool. I wish more places were like this . The world would be a much nicer and better place!!

way better than in-n- out! If you want to try an amazing burger make sure you get the Bacon Cheeseburger with bbq sauce, grilled onions, bell peppers, jalepenos, pickles and lettuce! Perfection

Well last weekend my Compadre told me about five guys. I was definitely interested in trying this place so I took my wife out for lunch here. Even though it's not In & Out Burger's. It sure does look similar. The red and white all throughout the restaurant is the only thing they have in common. We get there and the cashier was very patience and explained the ordering process. So I get a bacon cheeseburger with mayo, onions grilled and raw that's my fav jalapeños lettuce and tomatoes. And a large order of fries. My son got a plain cheese burger and my wife was too scared to even order not of the food but the prices. And she was right just two burgers and two drinks and one fries came out to 25 dollars. That's crazy. So I get my burger wrapped in there foil and as I open the wrapper all my condiments fall out who wants to eat there condiments with there hands or stuff them back into their burger what's worse is that the double patty I order wasn't two patties at all just one and a half their patties weren't even the same size. And it was small as hell for a 8 dollar burger. The fries were ok and that's why they got two stars. The peanuts are weird and bothersome I don't want peanuts from a box that everyone else sticks there hands in. Also there high tech soda machine is just a big mess with overflowing sticky soda and having to touch the screen several time just to get a drink it's frustrating and It's just nasty I'm not a jermaphob but as I said earlier the restaurant was completely dirty. So everyone was touching the soda machine with there dirty hands. Also sitting next to a bag of potatoe sacks is not cool don't they have a storage area to store that shit I'm very disappointed in the food cleanliness and price for this place if you wanna compare five guys to in & out there's really no comparison just go to in & out. And let the rich wasteful people waste there money on sloppy half ass burgers. Never coming here again EVER!!!!

Not as good as in n out but it'll do. Something I really don't like is that they have no ranch or thousand island dressing. That's a big no no at least to me

I visit this 5Guys and the other spot in Redlands. Both are good, clean and tasty. Choose your toppings. One patty or two on the burger. Plain fries (cooked fresh like INnOut) or cajun seasoned. A large fries will feed two people. The hotdogs are equally good. Bith have a Coke Remix machine. If you like INnOUT better, go there. If you like 5Guys more, eat here. Simple. Stop arguing about it.

I've been to 5 guys before in Rancho Cucamonga. It was good so I decided to go to the Moreno Valley location. I didn't order a burger so I can't compare it to others but it makes me wonder how their cooks follow simple instructions like ...cooking bacon? I got a BLT and the bacon tasted like I was eating shards of glass. :/ We also ordered a bacon dog for our 8 year old and even she mentioned how crunchy and well done the bacon was. I'm quite disappointed. Pros? Staff was polite and the place was kept clean.

I have been here a few times. Definitely better than your typical fast food burger. You pretty much build your burger from scratch putting on the ingredients that you want. Everything is made fresh and there is no need to order larger than a small fry because they give more than enough. Service is good here, seems like they pride themselves on team work which is good.

OK first off let's get the important part outta the way, every Five Guys restaurant in theory should receive 5 stars for the following reasons: Fresh handmade patties, sesame buns, amazing and free toppings, free peanuts, cajun fries and so on. My first experience in a Five Guys was some years ago in their restaurant in Bear, DE and i fell in love at first bite. There's something to be said when another burger is ordered right after one is done - everything was just right - the burger, the ambience, the friendly chirpy staff, half-cracked peanut shells covering the floor. I'd vote for Five Guys over In-n-Out any day! Fast forward a few years on a lazy afternoon I decided to relive that experience at a Five Guys nearby and found this one, alas... THERE WERE NO PEANUT SHELLS ON THE FLOOR! just kidding.. Everything was going smoothly, I ordered the usual - all the way burger with no pickles and some hot sauce. The petite cashier immediately yelled the order to the pattyflipper in a passionate, yet urgent manner that was not too different from a battle cry, signifying some kind of team efficiency behind the counter - awesome! The cook time is less than 10 minutes, no complaints here, after all the peanuts were there for the ultimate reason of filling up that wait time. And then...came the burger and the first thing I noticed was that every one came with a disclaimer by the server, said in a quick radio advertisement fashion, something along the lines of "If you want or need anything else, just let me know" (he said more words but he said them too fast and I was too hungry to bother). Thank you! I said, and immediately I rushed back to my seat with ample ketchup on the side. The rudimentary parts of the burger - buns, patties, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes - were perfect, the cheese was actually still melting from the heat of the patties preserved in the aluminum foil all their burgers are wrapped with. Awesome! right? not really... The toppings were skimped on so hard, that I felt as if I was eating a minimalist burger at a backyard bbq. "Everything" or "All the way" meant that there should be adequate ketchup, mayo, mustard, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms...etc. but I could only taste the mushrooms and onions. There was almost no sign of the hot sauce whatsoever in any bite. I thought of going back to the server to ask for more, but at this point I'd rather eat this culinary embarrassment than actually go back to the counter with a half-eaten burger. A good burger should start and end as one - juicy from the combination of the colors and the tastes of the sauces. Luckily there was raspberry sprite from the machine to set the record straight, as a consolation for a not-really-up-to-par five guys experience.

Five Guys burgers is good, but I am still an In-N-Out gal. The problem is that In-N-Out is always busier than Five Guys, and I don't always feel like dealing with the long line at In-N-Out (slow drive-thru). I also admit that I like to try new places once in a while, especially since this location opened soon after we moved to Moreno Valley last year. I wanted to see what all the hype was about. The burger is hardly seasoned, but it still has a decent beef flavor. I like all the toppings, including the mushrooms. The Cajun fries are my favorite thing here. It is a generous portion, large enough to share. The Cajun fries are a little salty but tasty (w/ a mildly spicy cajun mix.). However, they are a bit soggy. I would come in just for their Cajun fries alone.

Did not live up to the hype that came with the name Five Guys. Sure, food was good. Free peanuts? Wow, oh boy. There better be free peanuts with those prices. Go to In-N-Out or Burger Boss for a good burger. Also, maybe it was the time I went but the cajun fries were TOO FLAVORFUL. I love spicy food, but it feels like I'm pouring a bottle of cajun seasoning on my tongue with every bite even after its drenched in ketchup, it ruins the rest of the food. Good burger, not worth the price.

Took a bit of time to get my burger, but I am sure they all that time was spent making my burger PERFECT. Definitely coming here again. Fries are delicious and very hearty/potato-y. Its not like some fries thats all oil and no potato, lots of potato. Peanuts are a nice touch. Love it! Burger came out superb and mouthwatering.

Pretty tasty! :) This was my first experience ever with Five Guys and it was good! I ordered two burgers "all the way" for my man and one cheeseburger the same way for me. The only mistake I made was getting two orders of fries, lol. No way in hell could my man and I finish two orders of fries. It's great because they don't skimp on the amount of food you get, but wow is it a lot of food. :p The staff were very friendly, and hey, the soda fountain is pretty neat. My only deduction: For a burger and fries, it's kinda pricey. I mean yes, I did get 3 good size burgers and a mountain of potato sticks, plus two drinks (so think of it like 2 combo meals, right?). It set me back about 35 bucks. I will agree with others, it is on par with In-N-Out. The meat they use, the toppings, the fries, all great things. But the price, eh, not so much. It's kind of a fancier version, I suppose with the convenience of online ordering and endless soda combos. And the prices reflect that. It will be an occasional splurge for us, since we don't eat burgers and fries much, but it's worth it and gets my vote :)

i dont understand why they rate this less than 2 stars, they are as good as In-N-Out to me, what i like about this food joint is that you have the option to choose a small to big burgers, and the toppings! there wasnt any peanuts left when i came, and it was around 7 or 8. or they probably forgot to fill it up. i should've read the reviews first cause i missed getting the cajun fries, but i ended up getting the regular salty fries, that fits for 2 people. my cousin and i chose the cheeseburger (not the little cheeseburger) that comes in 2 patties, and all the toppings except onions. and their regular fries, i didnt realize their burger was huge, like its the same size as carl's jr. burgers, cause we were both starving but we came out in full bellies, we still have some fries left, we just ate the rest of the fries that were spread on the bag, so i had to take the cupful of fries home. guess their fries are well cooked but it gets soggy easily and i dont know what they put in it cause for some reason it made me feel sick and sleepy afterwards. but they're still good fries if you're hungry. and i wasnt a really big fan of huge-ass burgers without cutting them in half, bec. they tend to get messy. so probably next time, i'll choose the little ones instead. i guess, in-n-out still wins, cause if you're watching your carbs, you might wanna get their protein style, but this one doesnt have that. the only thing im disappointed is that they dont serve shakes, and i was craving for one, but i love their soda machines! i've only seen that on Magic Mountain.

Pricey $13:00 for a burger frys and coke, I got the bacon Burger it looked awesome to bad it didn't taste the same The best thing there is the fountain drinks they got the digital setup so You can flavor your soda with what ever flavor you like. It was ok but they don't come near to In-N-Out.

Took my girlfriend here yesterday and they didn't disappoint, she got the hotdog and thought it was very tasty despite not liking how the dog was cut, thinking it was harder to eat. I got a BBQ burger with Cajun fries and it was moist and flavorful. Never eating at another place when this is near

Free Peanuts to show their customers their use of peanut oil, which is an alternative to other crappy, gross, unhealthy oil other burger places use. It's cute, I suppose. I love how it's free and peanuts are great for you. However the burger itself wasn't extraordinary as others have hyped up to be. It was tasty but I would've definitely preferred an In-n-Out rather than Five Guys. Not only for the price, but for their taste as well. I give points though for allowing us to add special ingredients and toppings like, BBQ Sauce, Hot Sauce, Jalapeno peppers, and other weird shit you don't typically find in a burger. Their service is decent. I like how you can watch the cooks make your burger so you can make sure they don't spit in it. Atmosphere has a very 1950's Diner vibe. Yuh. Not bad, and I'd come here again but In-N-Out isn't too far away from here, if you'd want to save a good couple dollars.
